History
Since 2001, Hearts & Hands Helping Seniors has been a trusted source of support for local older adults. By reducing isolation, meeting everyday needs, and creating meaningful connections, we help adults age 60 and older live with greater confidence and independence throughout Latrobe, Derry, Ligonier, Unity Township, and surrounding townships.

We are dedicated to providing support that empowers local seniors to live confidently, age well, and stay connected to the heart of their community.

Hearts & Hands Helping Seniors works alongside local organizations and agencies to help bridge gaps in services and strengthen support for older adults. Our dedicated staff, Board of Directors, and Advisory Board bring together hands-on leadership, community insight, and shared expertise to guide our work and support the program’s continued growth.
