Volunteering with Hearts and Hands Helping Seniors is a meaningful way to give back and make a lasting impact in our community. Our volunteers span all ages—retirees, families, students, professionals, and even program recipients—each bringing compassion and a willingness to help.
Whether you prefer to volunteer individually or as part of a group, there are many ways to get involved. Opportunities are available for individuals, employee teams, school clubs, church groups, civic organizations, and others, with flexible time commitments designed to work with your schedule. By joining our volunteer team, you become part of a supportive network that uplifts local seniors and strengthens our community.
All program volunteers participate in a brief orientation, receive training, and must consent to a background check.
While there is no minimum age requirement to volunteer, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Volunteer opportunities for minors must also be approved by the Executive Director to ensure they are appropriate and suitable.
